首先解释一下个人借贷

也就是P2P类型的担保借贷.

如果你有闲钱,你可以通过一个途径,借给一个需要钱的人.获得高额的回报率.

由于中国信用环境的特殊性,目前只有一家(拍拍货)经营这项业务,并且中国网络公司一贯的COPY模式(完全复制美国的模式)

美国比较大的有2家. 目前也比较成功.

关于回报率

理论最高回报率

中国:20%年利率
美国:10.46% 9.28%年利率

实际回报率

中国:10%-16% (投标)
美国:6%-10%(投标) PS:为什么要低于中国的回报率,因为美国有信用制度,你不可以不还,要不然你会被告破产,但是中国没有信用制度.

风险

中国-没有信用制度,完全靠个人判断.借款人没有实质的风险,但是出借人承担100%风险.并且从网站统计来看,坏账率很高很高.
美国-双方风险,如果还不出,需要告破产.有信用制度.实质风险非常小,很少有坏账.
